We have incoming quality control on material, we will do material chemical composition testing, tensile strength testing and surface hardness testing.

We also do process quality inspection, our engineers will inspect during the manufacturing process to avoid problems in time without causing any serve damages.

We will offer a sample confirmation to you to approve the quality, only with your confirmation on the quality, we will then move forward to batch manufacturing.

Before the shipment, an outgoing quality inspection will be performed by us as well to ensure the final products are in good quality. We will send you photos and reports.

This is our general quality process.

We also use CMM inspection and third party organizations for quality testing.
