Sand Casting:
Sand casting uses sand as the mold material, it is relatively cheap and sufficiently refractory and over 70% of all metal castings are produced via a sand casting process.
Suitable material: Ductile Iron, Grey Iron, Aluminum, Brass.

Gravity Casting:
Gravity casting suitable material: Aluminum
Gravity casting is also called Metal Tooling Casting. The process is letting the metal liquid flows into the tooling to mold the pasts with the effects of gravity.

Low Pressure Casting:
Low Pressure Casting is suitable for different casting shapes, especially suitable for large casting parts with thin walls, high casting quality and it will give a bright clean casting surface and better mechanical property.

Die Casting:
Aluminum and Zinc Alloy are the most common material for Die Casting process, such like A380 and Zamak series. Die casting will give a high accuracy and smooth finish surface.

Investment Casting
Investment casting is also called Lost wax casting.The largest steel investment casting we can make is 300kg and 30kg for aluminum investment casting.The unit cost by investment casting is higher than die casting or sand casting, but it has a lower equipment cost.Investment casting can make very complicated shapes which cannot be reached by die casting or sand casting.
