Request for Quotation in November 28th, 2014


We received a request for quotation of a meter bracket stamping manufacturing at November 28th, 2014 from a British client. The raw material was mild steel, the drawing required zinc/gold plating in 10 microns thickness. And this stamping part is used for automotive industry manufacturing. ABK finished the first stamping die and provided the samples within 15 days. We totally provided 6 samples, and finally got the mass production order from the customer on March 2nd, 2015.

Customer Mass Production Order
We got the first mass production order of 30,000 pcs meter bracket stamping parts at March 2nd, 2015. From then to October 30th, 2016, we have been supplying totally 10 orders from this client and produced 360,000 pcs of this part. Our customer received the last shipment of this product on December 10th, 2016, and noted us the quality was perfect.
